In the form of choice, there is a factor to consider: the convenience of maintenance and the cost of it.  That is, once the system has a problem, it can get the maintenance device.  If you can't do it, you will choose not to choose from.

Pay attention to the following points


First, the weighing value of the measurement system is, the closer to the rated capacity of the sensor, the higher its weighing accuracy.  However, when actual use, there is a significant difference in the principle of the use of the sensor of different weighing systems because there is a self-weight, skin weight and vibration, shock, and biasing, etc.  As a general rule, there is: * Single sensor static weighing system: fixed load (weighing table, container, etc.) + fluctuated load (loaded load) ≤ selected sensor rated load x70%.  * Multi-sensor static weighing system: fixed load (weighing platform, container, etc.) + fluctuated load (loaded load) ≤ selected sensor rated load X The number of sensors The number of sensors is X70%.  Among them, 70% of the coefficients are considering vibration, impact, and biasing and other factors.  It should be noted: First, select the sensor to have a rated capacity to try to match the value in the standard product series of the manufacturer, otherwise, non-standard products are selected, which is not only expensive, but it is difficult to change after being damaged.  Secondly, in the same weighing system, a sensor having a different rated capacity is not allowed.  Otherwise, the system does not work properly.  Furthermore, the so-called change load (required load) refers to the real load of the sensor, and is multiplied and attenuated by a mechanism (such as a lever system) if the force value transfer process between the weighing platform to the sensor.  It should be considered. 


Second, the accuracy selection (accuracy selection) the selection of the accuracy level of the weighing sensor.  It is necessary to meet the requirements of the measurement system accuracy level, as long as this requirement can be met.  That is, if the 2500-degree sensor can meet the requirements, do not use 3000 degrees.  When a number of sensors in which the same type , the same rated capacity is used in parallel, the integrated error is δ when the sensor is used in parallel.  Then: Δ = Δ / n1 / 2 (2-12) wherein: δ: a comprehensive error of a single sensor; N: The number of sensors.  In addition, electronic weighing systems are generally consisting of three parts: they are weighing sensors, weigh displays and mechanical structures.  When the system is at least 1, the integrated error (δ) of the weighing sensor (δ) as one of the main components of the non-automatic weighing is generally only reached a proportional component of 0.7.  Based on this, it is not difficult to make choices for the required sensor accuracy.
